Job Opportunity:


Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join its Project Management team in the Real Estate sector.


About the Role:


As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as project governance, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation.
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor project programmes, ensuring compliance with Turner & Townsend policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients and project team members.
  • Assist with contractual work, including procurement and editing documents.
  • Liaise with client departments and other service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct tender research and assist with bid planning and preparation.

Requirements:



  • A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Construction Management or Project Management.
  • 1-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Experience in the health sector is an added advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and proficiency in Primavera are highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with excellent report and writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
