Job SummaryWe are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our graduate program, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Assessments and Interventions: Conduct initial assessments, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
- New Employment Vocational Assessments: Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support.
- Case Management: Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and provide case management for return to same employment.
- Mental Health Fitness Assessments: Assess and report on workers' mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
- Intelligence Testing: Conduct intelligence testing and reporting.
- Effects of Mental Health and Medical Conditions: Assess and make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work.
- Case Notes and Reports: Write detailed case notes and reports.
- Clients with Diverse Backgrounds: Work with adult clients from varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality backgrounds.
