About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Psychology: Leading Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based, practical, and tailored interventions for individuals or groups from teens to older adults
  • Provide vocational intervention to increase a jobseeker's work readiness, underpinned by work-focused CBT
  • Manage your own calendar to meet client expectations and workload
  • Conduct mini-mental health training sessions for employment services staff
  • Liaise with local health professionals and services as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and customers
  • Regional travel and FIFO opportunities available
Requirements
  • Approved Psychology degree
  • General/Provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPR
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability
  • Possession of a valid Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in a clinical setting with individuals who have a disability
  • Clear understanding of the NDIS framework, funding, services, support categories, and procedures
