We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting graduate to join our two-year graduate program, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in rehabilitation consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
- Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support.
- Conduct initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to same employment.
- Assess and report on workers' mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
- Conduct intelligence testing and reporting.
- Assess and make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work.
- Write detailed case notes and reports.
- Work with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, including socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality.
