The Role As a key member of the APAC Region team (Australia & New Zealand), you will play a crucial role in driving regional performance through commercial strategies focused on gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue growth. You will analyze market trends, manage trading activities, and implement plans to optimize commercial outcomes, directly impacting APAC's growth and profitability. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, you will report directly to the General Manager of APAC. Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Trading Activities: Manage trading activities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Pricing, Revenue Management, or Consultancy background in Go-to-Market, Revenue Projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
