Instructional Design and Development Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Instructional Design and Development Specialist to design, develop and implement high-quality digital content for various e-learning projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and the ability to develop targeted and visual e-Learning content. They will work closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online content, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-management and the ability to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Animate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality digital content for e-learning projects
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online content

  • Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated instructional design skills and experience in developing training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing high-quality digital content for e-learning projects
  • Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Animate
