Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our retail stores and drive them towards excellence. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and mentoring team members to become top performers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and implement plans to achieve KPIs and sales targets within the store and team
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service experiences while meeting personal sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • Effectively merchandise products in line with promotional guidelines
  • Manage operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks
Requirements:
  • A proven leader and manager with the ability to successfully run a retail business
  • Superb customer service skills
  • A track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Team Members to excel and succeed
  • A passion for merchandising and stock management in a fast-paced sales environment
