Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to manage complex email migration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in email consulting and proven track records of successful migrations.

This role requires strong expertise in various Microsoft applications and security measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on email migration projects from planning to execution, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Utilise scripting skills to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of Microsoft implementations.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on email and Microsoft applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft solutions with existing On-Premises infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft environments.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on Microsoft applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email and Microsoft applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of email architecture.
  • Proven experience in email migrations.
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Experience with databases, transport services, and high availability.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Management Shell (PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of email architecture.
  • Experience with admin centers and identity management tools.
  • Knowledge of security features and compliance measures.
  • Experience setting up and managing hybrid email environments.
  • Understanding of coexistence models and identity frameworks.
  • Proficiency in staged migrations.
  • Strong experience with other Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications
  • NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Microsoft Certified: Email Administrator Associate is desirable.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals is desirable.
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is desirable.
