About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our Canberra Clinic, ACT, on a Full-Time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Coordinating with doctors and liaising with stakeholders
  • Monitoring accounts, budgets, and finance management, as well as information technology
  • Human resources; training, mentoring, and management of administration and nursing staff
  • Providing high-level assistance and communication to patients
  • Business Development and promotion of the clinic focusing on Occupational Health services

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' similar experience within the medical industry, preferably within General Practice or Occupational Health environment. Experience in leading teams, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

A strong commitment to customer service, ability to engage, motivate, and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes, and good computer skills are also required.
