Senior Structural Engineer Role

At our organization, we seek a seasoned structural engineer to spearhead the delivery of exceptional engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality technical designs for clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Performing senior design engineer duties on projects, leveraging expertise to drive excellence.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Supporting bid preparation and submissions as needed.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered structural engineering professional with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience at a senior level in a consulting engineering background, preferably with expertise in construction phase inspections.
  • Familiarity with Australian codes and standards, particularly RC/PT concrete, structural steel, and mass timber design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar.
