Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Co-Curricular Performing Arts - Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Co-Curricular Performing Arts program, aligning with the College's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Heads of Co-Curricular Dance, Drama, Language Arts, Music (K-12), Speech and Drama, and the GMCPA Theatre Manager to ensure a cohesive and thriving Performing Arts Program.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to the Heads of Co-Curricular Performing Arts Team, fostering excellence across all disciplines.
  • Lead innovation and change effectively within Co-Curricular Performing Arts, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Build a shared vision with the team, promoting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff, to ensure a high-quality Co-Curricular Performing Arts program.
  • Manage the administrative complexities of the Performing Arts Program, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

  • Proven experience in managing a Performing Arts program, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
