Swim Programs Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Swim Programs Instructor to deliver high-quality learn-to-swim programs across various leisure facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging swim programs to cater to diverse participant needs;
  • Deliver programs in accordance with established guidelines and lesson plans;
  • Monitor participants' progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support;
  • Maintain a safe learning environment through effective supervision and risk management;
  • Prepare lessons and equipment as required.

Essential Requirements:
  • AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching of swimming and water safety or equivalent;
  • Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009);
  • Working with Children Check Clearance Number or willingness to obtain prior to employment;
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality swim programs or coaching experience;
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work across multiple locations.

Applicants must undertake a course of Hepatitis B and Tetanus vaccinations or demonstrate immunity prior to commencement.
