About the Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Filleters in a fast-paced seafood processing environment.

Filleters will work with freshly caught fish, skinning, pin boning, portioning fillets and assisting the filleting and processing team.

This is a great opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

  • Ability to work in a wet cold environment
  • Previous demonstrated experience in knife handling or bandsaw operation in seafood/meat processing
  • Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately
