  • We are seeking motivated Fish Trimmers/Knife Hands to join our busy team.

This full-time position involves working with freshly caught fish, skinning, pin boning, and portioning fillets while maintaining safe food handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds
  2. Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning fillets
  3. Safe food handling practices
  4. Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
  5. Working within cold temperature environments

To be suitable for this role, you must demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures, flexible hands-on work attitude, good physical fitness, and good communication skills.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
  2. Previous demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in seafood/meat processing
  3. Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  4. Ability to communicate in English
