As a Care Community Coordinator, you will play a vital role in leading the Meaningful Life program at our Killarney Vale Care Community. This is a leadership position that requires full-time hours, working Monday to Friday.

Located in our Killarney Vale Care Community, you will be responsible for delivering life-enriching programs to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Meaningful Life program in the Care Community, developing opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events, and activities for all residents.
  • Curate programs to support residents' overall quality of life, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
  • Develop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessments to ensure tailored approaches to each resident's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to resident care.
  • Liaise with residents, families, and staff to develop activities and engagements that meet individual needs and preferences.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences and be committed to our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
