Job Description:

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team. This role is a hybrid position, where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing customer accounts whilst focusing on growing new business segments.

This position offers the opportunity to work with and manage a variety of clients/industries on a national scale, access to corporate discounts, and the ability to drive your outcomes and run a business within a business.

Your responsibilities will include working across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets, ensuring a continuous quality service is provided to our major client base, identifying and securing new business within the current portfolio, and project managing opportunities working with transport and facilities to deliver a core service.

You will be the face of the company, providing waste solutions to customers, and driving market rates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, experience with salesforce and solution selling, good administration skills, efficient management of time with quality outcomes, and the ability to work autonomously.
