We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Clinical Care Manager to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents. You will be responsible for the admission and ongoing care planning process, as well as case conferencing for residents.

About the Role- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Care Manager to improve the health and wellbeing of residents
- Responsible for the admission and ongoing care planning process
- Case conferencing for residents
- Registered Nurse with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum three years' experience in aged care
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current Covid-19 Vaccinations (highly recommended)
