About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Coles. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and growth, and ensuring the store's inventory and presentation standards are always met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop your team to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective coaching and support
  • Manage the store's inventory and ensure presentation standards are always met
  • Administer the store's operations, including payroll and stock ordering
  • Provide expert advice on wine, beer, and spirits to customers
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

About You:

  • You have a good knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
  • You're a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You're able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
