Job Title: Research Associate

 

We are seeking a skilled Research Associate to support projects investigating novel treatments for mental health conditions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research procedures, including coordination and setup of new and existing projects.
  • Liaise with collaborators and stakeholders to implement and administer projects.
  • Assist in delivering study processes according to research protocols.
  • Conduct research procedures appropriate to your level of training.
  • Assist in data collection/entry, management, and analysis of study results.
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication, including literature searches/reviews, formatting, and journal submissions.

 

Requirements
  • Capacity to conduct research, demonstrated through involvement in other projects, peer-reviewed publications, and/or experience with data entry/collection and participant interviews.
  • Effective record-keeping skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal direction, show initiative, and work effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Strong computing skills with Microsoft Office and data/statistical software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
