Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or trade industry, with a proven track record in building customer relationships and competency in computerized sales order entry.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct Customer Liaison
- System data entry
- Order control and management
- Stock control
- Demonstrated office experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
A highly motivated individual is needed for this busy branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing orders and stock effectively
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience
- HVAC or trade industry knowledge
