Store Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our store team as a Store Team Member responsible for ensuring a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience for our customers.

This role involves driving a company vehicle to collect trolleys from outdoor collection points and returning them to indoor bays. You will also be responsible for completing various cleaning tasks across the store using different equipment and products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area to recover trolleys and return them to our in-store trolley bays
  • Collecting trolleys from outdoor collection points and returning them to indoor trolley bays - whatever the weather
  • Completing cleaning tasks across all departments and areas of the store using different types of equipment and products

Requirements for this role include:

  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • The ability to work on your own and follow instructions
