Electrical Management Position

About the Role:

This management position focuses on electrical supervision, with an emphasis on leading and coordinating project delivery. We are seeking a strong candidate who can effectively manage contractors and prioritize the safe execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate Contractors' performance to meet project goals
  • Maintain high standards in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Contractors productivity
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to team members
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for E&I-focused technical and construction-based queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational background in Electrical Trade or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in supervisory roles at EPCM level on mining or renewable energy projects
  • Effective contractor management skills
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and well-being
