**Job Opportunity: Post Placement Support Consultant**

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Post Placement Support Consultant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face-to-face contact.
  • Monitor their progress, addressing any challenges they may encounter in the workplace, and offering guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.
  • Prepare and submit claim evidence and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with contractual and organisational requirements.
  • Identify and recommend additional or alternative training, resources, or support services based on the individual needs and circumstances of each participant.
  • Effectively manage a PPS caseload, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.
