
Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Post Placement Support Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to individuals in employment, identifying and addressing any challenges they may face, and working with them to maintain long-term employment.
You will work closely with participants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Your ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
As a Post Placement Support Consultant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a caseload of participants and ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
- Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders
- High degree of self-motivation
- Strong engagement and relationship building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs
