About the Opportunity

Regency, a leading manufacturer of window and shower screen products, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Albury, New South Wales.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our retail and trade customers in the home renovation and new-build market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to showroom walk-in and phone sales enquiries from customers, providing expert advice and product solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations and sales orders to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist with product enquiries and provide support to sales representatives as needed.
  • Update customer leads and progress in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Perform related sales administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
About You

We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in a consultative selling environment, but we also welcome applications from individuals with customer service experience who are eager to transition into sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience with house plan take-offs and quoting is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
