Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the site program, managing trades, and ensuring the successful handing over of the project to the client.

The Site Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes:

  • Coordinating the site program and managing trades
  • Overseeing plant and equipment to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Developing and implementing safe work method statements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
  • Ability to make decisions and action correspondence in a timely manner
