Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support on business process improvements, technology solutions, and system management for our infrastructure management platform. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data and system needs, identifying business requirements to drive effective decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and documenting complex business processes, with a solid understanding of Oracle products such as Aconex, Primavera, and ERP.

The position involves working collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for data and process-related activities, including the provision of technical advice and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Experience in gathering and documenting complex business processes
  • Mandatory: Experience in Oracle products such as Aconex, Primavera, and ERP
  • Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Desirable: Considerable/demonstrated experience similar role within government
