Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on pet wellness products and building strong relationships with customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering knowledgeable and caring advice on our range of pet health, nutrition, and wellness products.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive store environment.

Your Role:
  • Pet Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our pet health, nutrition, and wellness products to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, respond to queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and stockrooms, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
