About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Action consumer requests for order cancellations, recalls, and refunds, ensuring seamless order management.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to reconcile refunds and payment issues.
  • Identify and address cases of fraud, working closely with our payment platform.
  • Prioritize tasks based on daily KPIs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Undertake administrative duties and reporting as required, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Previous experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong IT literacy, with experience in SAP, Excel, and Word.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
