About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can provide support with day-to-day pool operations. This includes maintaining a clean and organized facility, responding to emergency situations, and interacting effectively with diverse groups of people.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for safety around water. Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and interaction
  • Supporting the efficient operation of the pool facility
  • Responding to emergencies and providing assistance as needed
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends

Pool attendant duties include maintaining the pool area, performing lifeguard tasks when necessary, keeping records, issuing keys, answering phones, checking tickets and tickets sales, money handling and supervision of staff under the direction of the Duty Manager.
