Revenue Operations Lead

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting business outcomes at Metro South Health.

About the Role

  • Lead the daily operations of a multidisciplinary revenue team, including managers, officers, and liaison staff to drive business performance.
  • Oversee key revenue functions such as invoicing, debt recovery, reporting, and reconciliations in line with policy and legislation to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities to inform strategic decision making.

About You

  • You will have proven experience in revenue management, ideally within a healthcare or public sector setting, with strong knowledge of legislation and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and develop strategies that optimise revenue streams.
