An ideal candidate will have experience in data reconciliation and the ability to develop reconciliation frameworks to validate data processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for migration and transformation.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to manipulate, validate, and transform large datasets.
  • Ensure data reconciliation by developing robust frameworks to validate transformed data against source systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient data transformation solutions.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot data processes, identify issues, and optimize performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong SQL development skills (complex queries, performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures).
  • Superannuation domain expertise, with Superannuation registry experience preferred.
  • Experience in data reconciliation and validation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration projects, especially in financial services or Superannuation.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, troubleshoot data failures, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
