Job Title: Rostering Coordinator">

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our team. As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating well-planned and optimized rosters for clinicians within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create effective schedules for healthcare professionals to deliver services to clients in Residential Aged Care Facilities and the community.
  • Coordinate initial assessments with new clients after referrals are received, confirming details, funding, and service dates.
  • Arrange ongoing appointments based on clinician recommendations and client approvals.
  • Provide general support, handle cancellations or rescheduling requests, and process leave requests while maintaining adequate service delivery.
  • Analyze clinician availability and provide workforce commentary for management.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Previous experience in rostering and/or administration would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Allied Health principles would be beneficial.

  • NDIS worker screening.
  • National Police clearance.
  • Right to work evidence.
