Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data centers.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Baseline/NV1 Clearance and a current NSW Security License.
  • Experience in Data Centre Security is desirable, as well as excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security screenings of personnel entering and exiting restricted areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all Security Procedures & Policies.
  • Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from restricted areas.
  • Issue and audit security visitor and contractor badges.
  • Raise and modify Access Requests using client software programs.
  • Escalate and report incidents and provide daily activity reports.
  • Patrol assigned areas and report issues to the regional control room.

Qualifications:

  • Baseline/NV1 Clearance required.
  • Current NSW Security License required.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate preferred.
  • Data Centre Security experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
