About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Security Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our data centre security community, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security programs to ensure the protection of our facilities, personnel, and assets.
  • Lead a team of security professionals to provide 24/7 security operations support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless security operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing security programs and teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence business partners and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
