Civil Engineering Graduate Job Description

Our Civil Engineering Graduate Program is designed to provide a dynamic and challenging career path for motivated individuals.

As a graduate, you will be part of a collaborative team working on various projects across different locations in Australia.

  • Job Rotations: Participate in two to three job rotations to gain diverse experience and skills.
  • Technical Mentoring: Receive one-to-one technical mentoring to support your professional growth.
  • Training Programs: Engage in unique professional and technical training programs to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

Our diverse asset portfolio provides opportunities across multiple sites in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, and operational sites across Australia.

As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will be eligible for both Facilities Engineering and Drilling & Completions Engineering Streams.

Facilities Engineering Stream

Deliver molecules from the wellbore to plant gate in a safe, reliable, and low-cost way. Roles include integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.

Drilling & Completions Engineering Stream

Work with area asset teams to prepare well designs, cost estimates, and detailed operational guidelines for new and existing wellbores to meet project objectives. Support incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost/invoice review.
