Are you a recent graduate in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for geotechnical engineering and a desire to work in a dynamic and supportive environment?

We are seeking talented graduates to join our team as Graduate Geotechnical Engineers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through rotations across corporate offices, bauxite mines, and alumina refineries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the residue team and site Civil and Senior Geotechnical Engineers in handling dam safety, preparing facility plans, and applying standard engineering methodologies.
  • Providing engineering input into the design and maintenance of residue storage facilities.
  • Contributing to refinery and residue EH&S, and providing insights into problem resolution for bauxite residue assets.
  • Monitoring civil engineering design and construction QA.

Development and Mentoring:

Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training, diverse experiences from working in corporate offices to local on-site environments, an increasing level of responsibility, and the opportunity to use innovative thinking, motivation to learn, and passion for growth to shape our future.
