Graduate Civil & Environmental Engineer Opportunity

This two-year graduate program is designed to provide a diverse set of knowledge and skills in civil, environmental, and closure projects. You will work closely with experienced engineers, assisting in planning, designing, and executing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in civil/geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, or agricultural engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally; innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong rapport-building skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
