We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our Client Services team.

About the Role:
  • As a key contact, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, handle client queries efficiently, and provide effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

In this role, you'll contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters for a portfolio of customers.
