Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Support Services Associate.

This role involves providing exceptional support and care to clients in a fast-paced environment. As a Support Services Associate, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and assisting clinicians with administrative tasks.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures, managing phone lines and emails, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the growth and development of our business.

About the Role
  • Providing exceptional client care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing client interactions, and coordinating with clinicians
  • Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, phone lines, and emails
  • Maintaining accurate records, billing clients correctly, and processing payments
  • Leveraging software applications and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
