Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a broad depth of experience in your first role in the industry or to leverage existing experience in this area.

  • Provide technical and administration support to professionals.
  • Process buy/sell orders on the market as requested by clients.
  • Manage financial product orders.
  • Provide analysis and ongoing monitoring of investments.
  • Prepare formal advice documents (i.e. Statements of Advice).
  • Assist with client meetings and respond to client requests.

A key aspect of the job will be assisting the team in delivering high levels of service associated with managing a private wealth client base.

  • Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
