Job Description

Dowdens Pumping and Water Treatment, a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in water solutions, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team. As part of the Rockhampton Service Department, this role will involve working with a diverse range of industries, including commercial and industrial irrigation system installation, pump system installation, and water treatment management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors, is mechanically minded, and has a willingness to learn on the job. The successful candidate will work independently, installing, servicing, and troubleshooting equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records and completing reports.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work safely at heights, and have a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Trade-based skills and experience are advantageous but not essential. A current driver's license is required.
