Job Summary

The Product & Applications Engineer role supports and enables operational and service delivery focus, optimizing customer experience in line with Xylem brand values.

The objective of the role is to optimize and improve pre-sales, orders, deliveries, and after sales service to customers, through provision of product training, process optimization, and support to the sales team and their customers.

  • To be the Subject Matter Expert for products and applications.
  • Responsible for product and application system selection to meet customer requirements.
  • Provides direct technical advice and support to customers or internal stakeholders on range of products.
  • Assist with enquiries, quotes, order taking, and providing delivery support.
  • Responsible for development of specific technical knowledge and expertise in function, area, or region.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver customer experience outcome required to deliver customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Prior experience as Product Engineer or Application Engineer.
  • Water industry experience/technical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate with customers.
