Job Title

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a joyful shopping experience for online customers, ensuring that they receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Use a handset to plan routes, select products, and complete shops within the allocated time frame.
  • Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide support to colleagues.
  • Load vans for Home Delivery Drivers, ensuring that all items are securely stored and transported.
Requirements
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often on your own but also as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The capacity to learn new digital tools and technology, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes.
  • Physical stamina to move heavy objects up to 15KG, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
