We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a senior business development executive in aftersales. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

  • Contract Maintenance Programs: Promote and sell contract maintenance programs and aftersales services to increase workshop and parts sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with truck sales, parts, and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Business Intelligence: Monitor customer activity and site requirements to maintain high workshop utilisation and identify business growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build relationships and follow through with solutions that make an impact.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the truck, transport, or heavy equipment industry (parts or service knowledge highly desirable).
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen with the ability to offer value-based solutions to businesses.
  • Work Environment: Current driver's licence and ability to work independently in a mobile role.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
