Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of leading industry partners, including John Holland Service Stream and WSP. We partner with Sydney Water to deliver services across their southern region from Bondi to Gerringong and out to Georges River.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic, diverse, and high-performing team in an exciting time of growth. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our program of works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve desired outcomes, taking leadership responsibility for health, safety, and environment management.
  • Manage High and Low Voltage installations, switchboard replacements, upgrades, process upgrades, instrument control, and PLC installations upgrades to treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, and pump replacements.
  • Complete required reports, recording progress, issues, and usage for shift handover reports, maintaining consistent and regular reporting to the Construction Lead.
  • Manage and complete timesheet entries, leave applications, and relevant site-based labour issues.
  • Evaluate commercial and financial costs, including budgets, and the implications of directions within designated authority limits.
Requirements
  • Australian Electrical Trade Qualification and Electrical Licence.
  • Qualified Supervisor or Contractor with substantial electrical industry experience.
  • New South Wales Drivers Licence and White Card.
  • Desirable: Sydney Water or Water Industry experience, High Voltage Experience, Experience with Control systems, Instrumentation, and PLCs, Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas, ACMA Licence, Open registration, Confined Space WAH WHS Cert IV.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
