Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management procedures and best practices to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of the competition
  • Oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company goals
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, annual revenue budgets, and regular performance reports to inform business decisions
  • Lead and mentor the Reservations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance to achieve exceptional results
