About the Role
  • Act as the official contract owner for the uniform supplier, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes guaranteeing seamless, consistent delivery.
  • Ensure the designer-led collection is fit for purpose by running wearer trials, risk assessments, and stakeholder consultation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • A background in uniforms or similar essential.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, transformational projects across multiple functions and business units.
  • Strong budget management skills, with experience forecasting and managing spend.
  • Expertise in vendor management and conducting complex negotiations.
  • Ability to present to and influence senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with and influencing external stakeholders, including unions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address issues early.
  • Ability to manage a broad scope of tasks and priorities, balancing short-term critical tasks with long-term strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
