Customer Service Operator Role

This is a key position within the business, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The customer service operator will be required to handle quotations, invoicing and costings, respond to customer enquiries, and provide updates on shipment progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Provide support to the imports department as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Document all customer shipping enquiries and keep clients informed about shipment progress
  • Manage data entry and resolve conflicts efficiently

Requirements:
