We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Business Analyst. This position involves providing technical and functional support for field service applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site support for three days per week
  • Developing and documenting problem resolutions with internal and external technical resources
  • Understanding system problem analysis and resolution for both local and remote locations
  • Writing and executing structured test plans; interpreting functional and technical requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience serving in a BA capacity, with skills in SQL, DB, and ability to read and write SQL queries. They will also have experience working within an Agile environment and knowledge of business analysis principles.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience troubleshooting application issues using SQL query tools and MS Excel
  • Ability to communicate technical topics to all levels of technology users
  • Troubleshooting a technology stack - client and server

This is a one-year contract opportunity with competitive compensation including hourly or salaried options, along with benefits.

This position reports on-site multiple days/week (3X). The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
